Law Enforcement Guidelines

Hush responds to valid legal process (subpoenas, court orders, search warrants) served on the operating entity. We report apparent child sexual abuse material to NCMEC as required by federal law, and we preserve reported content in accordance with the REPORT Act.

Requests and preservation demands: legal@hushdate.app. Include the requesting agency, badge/ID, and the legal basis. Emergency disclosure requests involving imminent harm are prioritized.
