HUSH — TERMS OF SERVICE

1. WHO CAN USE HUSH

You must be 18 or older. There are no exceptions, and we verify — every account passes an age and liveness check before it can use the service. Misrepresenting your age is grounds for immediate, permanent termination and, where the law requires, a report to the authorities.

One account per human. Accounts are personal, non-transferable, and may not be sold, shared, or created on behalf of anyone else.

2. WHAT HUSH IS

Hush is a private, ephemeral dating service for verified adults. Messages and media are designed to expire ("burn"). Burning removes content from user devices and, after a limited safety-hold period described in the Privacy Policy, from our servers.

3. NOTHING COMMERCIAL — ZERO TOLERANCE

Hush may not be used for commercial activity of any kind. This includes, without limitation: selling or advertising sexual content or services, soliciting or offering paid meetings, promoting paid platforms or subscription pages, and sharing payment handles for any of the above. This rule exists because federal law (FOSTA-SESTA) requires it, and we enforce it without exceptions: violation results in immediate permanent termination of your verified identity.

4. YOUR CONTENT

You own what you create. You grant Hush a limited, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, scan, and display your content solely to operate the service (including the safety processes described in the Privacy Policy). This license ends when the content is deleted under our retention schedule, except for records we are legally required to keep.

You agree not to upload content that is illegal, that depicts any person under 18, that depicts any person without their consent, or that you do not have the right to share. All media is machine-scanned before delivery.

5. CONSENT RULES ARE PART OF THE SERVICE

Intimate media can only be exchanged after both participants opt in ("Spicy Mode"), and mutual-reveal mechanics apply. Attempting to circumvent consent, screenshot, record, or otherwise retain another user's content is a violation of these Terms and may violate law.

6. SAFETY AND MODERATION

Our automated systems scan all uploaded media, and our safety team may review content and account activity as described in the Privacy Policy. We may remove content, restrict features, or terminate accounts to protect users or comply with law. Appeals: appeals@hushdate.app.

7. PURCHASES

Subscriptions and consumables are billed through Apple or Google. Prices are shown before purchase; manage or cancel in your store account. Refunds are handled by the store under its rules. Unused balances have no cash value and expire on account termination for cause.

8. TERMINATION

You can delete your account at any time in Settings — deletion is immediate and irreversible. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Records retained after termination are described in the Privacy Policy.

9. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITS

Hush is provided "as is." We verify that accounts belong to live adults; we do not conduct criminal background checks and cannot guarantee any user's conduct. Meet in public, tell someone your plans, and trust your instincts. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. [COUNSEL: confirm limitation and carve-outs per state.]

10. DISPUTES

11. CHANGES
